Shipping Policy
This policy explains how FRUNKVAULT, LTD. handles shipping for FrunkVault orders placed through frunkvault.com.

Where We Ship
FrunkVault currently ships to addresses in the United States and Canada. Checkout availability may be limited by carrier service, address validation, product availability, and fraud-prevention review.
Handling Time
For available inventory, orders typically need one business day for handling before shipment. Because our warehouse operation is lean, handling may take longer during launch windows, restocks, preorder conversion periods, holidays, carrier interruptions, or unusually high order volume.
Carrier Assignment and Transit Time
Shipping labels and carrier services may be assigned through Shippo or related carrier integrations. Transit time varies by destination, selected service, carrier capacity, customs processing for Canada, weather, and other conditions outside FrunkVault's control. Any delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.
Tracking
When a shipping label is generated or an order moves into shipment, we send available tracking information to the email used at checkout. Tracking can take time to update after a carrier receives the package.
Launch Pricing and Free Shipping
Some launch offers may include free shipping or promotional shipping. If an offer applies, it will be reflected at checkout or in the order flow. Promotions may change or end as launch inventory and pricing change.
Address Issues
Please enter a complete, deliverable address at checkout. If an address cannot be validated or a carrier cannot deliver to the provided location, we may contact you for correction, delay fulfillment, cancel the order, or refund the order.

Shipping a return starts through the FrunkVault returns workflow. Visit frunkvault.com/returns with your order ID and checkout email to begin.
